Alex J. Dennery opened the Rotisserie in the 1930 in the Five Points section of Jackson. It was Jackson's first Greek restaurant. Sometime in the early 30's, Dennery developed a dressing originally used for salads and called Kum-Bak. Read about the history of Mississippi Comback Sauce.
